.Changing pallets with the dump truck
In the internal moving of goods in foodstuffs companies nowadays, products are nearly always transported on plastic pallets. This applies to raw as well as manufactured goods, and so changing pallets before or after production is necessary as transport is normally effected through the use of wooden pallets. The Frozen Food Centre Bocholt GmbH and the Frozen Food Centre Everswinkel GmbH use dump trucks, which make a fast and inexpensive change of the loading equipment possible. The complete pallet with the goods loaded is dumped; in this way, the pallet can be removed and replaced by a different pallet.
